What were we told within the last set of timeframes, no capital raising required within 3 years, bang goes another supposed guarentee.
Oh maybe not, perhaps they will just issue lots of loan notes instead with a 10% coupon and 66 cent conversion price, which will mean another dilution for the poor ordinary shareholder to suffer from.
Why carry on with the buy-back until only a couple of weeks ago if you were so short of cash!!!
The real sinick in me, thinks this whole LOI was .......
better not say, so as not to get in trouble.
