Should it not be the other way round , ???
He keeps talking about Shareholders wealth that he is creating .
But then when you and fellow board members are being rewarded( ie. Salary increases to cover the Bonus shortfall)
regardless of the year on year results and the shareholders are left to carry on believing that one day it will all come together and they may have their payday. Maybe this day is has come and we can get out with our rewards .
