I've yet to purchase ADO shares. Considering my options and price. My experience with other small caps in similar circumstances is a SPP tends to depress the share price. The share price tends to fall to the offer price. To address this effect, I'd expect some sort of positive announcement during the offer period. PS I worry a little about the fervour of some of the posters on this blog. Wishing something to happen doesn't make it so. SP will only rise if people like me are convinced they should pay more than was the case x months ago. Without steady flow of encouraging news, these sort of stocks invariably drift sideways or down.
