If the proposal is to issue shares at a discount then perhaps all shareholders, who have faithfully held shares and followed the Hotcopper thread, should send an Email to Geoff and/or the company suggesting that our loyalty be rewarded by a rights issue that can be traded so that those that haven't got the funds to take up the rights can obtain any benefits arising from being able to trade those rights.
