Re "the wording" Maybe its complicated and may need a suspension as well or maybe I'm dreaming. Better it gets done while the chart isnt at its peak.(ie rather 14-16 cents) If it's low ball price it's not so far away to totally wreck the chart. If it's a premium it will improve the chart. I know these guys are smart so I'm not expecting any new deals announced till well into the new year otherwise it would have made sense to hold off a week or two and announce it in conjunction with, or some variation of that. Still once the dust settles and news does come CR will be behind us which is very good. DS was quite astute as he mentioned the possibility of CR only days ago.
