If they are doing a capital raising, does this mean we are going to be trying to go it alone for stage 3? Surely not. We can't be raising the money needed for that with out massive dilution and if we are just raising capital to tread water a little longer in order to find a suitor then it wouldn't appear as though we are in the best position for these type of negotiations. While it will bring in funds, and i am sure they will be able to get a fairly good price as a result of our recent results it is a little worrying. But then i guess these things always are and it's best just to wait untill the dust settles.

Would love to hear how other people are viewing the raise in regards of the direction the company will be heading.
