Further to what you have written BMission; using VERY rough numbers; if the net assets of UML are worth? 20 million as per the Balance Sheet; and at least another 160 million shares are issued ; then the shares issued will increase from 700 million to 860 million!!!

860 million shares backed by? 20 million? of net assets; amounts to approx 2.3 cents per share asset? backing!!! So the extra shares being issued will excessively dilute the almost worthless shareholdings of the existing shareholders.

This whole story/picture is not looking flash!!!

As you have written BMission; maybe call off the share issue; give Goldstone to the people that the approx 3 million is owed to ?; and maybe sell Henty ; and the Bendigo assets; and then maybe try to get an open cut operation going somewhere??? because using humans instead of robots here in Australia; for underground mining by a minnow like UML ; won't allow enough profits to be made.
