    Who knows how the market will react, it's so full of traders when this kind of stuff happens.

    The important thing is that SDL got an extra shot of capital, presumably to acquire more acreage at bargain prices. If it can keep building up its portfolio, the takeover bid that follows will be very sweet indeed.
