Just a few thoughts.
RTA closed at 20c yesterday. It hit 28c this morning.
Has anyone notice the number of FMS options expireing June 2014 at 8.4c in the presentation.
I think companies can issue 15% of new shares without SH approval.
Mgt has done the right thing till now, not going in a debt or cr spree over the last two years.
RTA has a bigger Capex than FMS, and good luck to them, they have done there homework.
I’m very pleased BCK is not involved. I think we would still be in discussions in 5years time.
By having a trading halt it will limit traders and could be an advantage to long termers.
The trading halt will also guarantee to some extent a full take up of the capital raising.
It could very well be at a premium.
I love that FMS only has to look after developing the mine.
