RCF paid 6.5c not long ago and the project has come a long way since then
the fact that they have said it is third-party sophisticated investors suggest RCF is not involved this time around. They would not want their holding diluted by a 4c capital raising
so it will either be at a premium and for $3-4m or they will just do a smaller raising at close to market price. Latest research report had a raising at 4.5c, this is probably the most likely scenario
next raising will be post scoping study so its pretty enticing for new investors to get in now
