It's going to happen and it's going to happen soon. We need around 50 million to develop the mines in WA and Korea. The big question is - how will it be managed?
Will it be shares sold at a discount to "sophisticated investors and the instos or will we get a look in? And, if so, what form will it take?
I'd like to be able to buy discounted shares (but not too much of a discount as that would cripple the SP) but also be given options (let's say 1 for 1 at a strike price of $3 valid for 2 years).
Anyone got any opinions?
