MG_78, I think the fact you have bought up has gone clearly unnoticed, that is that $750k of the raised capital from shareholders will pay back director loans! If they want to tap shareholders then wouldn't it be a fair call to think that they can keep all their skin in the game if they expect others/holders to stump up more cash?

I did hold until it looked like the farm out was a no go, I know a few here disagreed with me at the time but now here it is, I'd be shouting to management that they don't get a bean back on their director loans if they think that retail holders should be tapped to enable such an action, earn it!!
