I understood why they'd done it towkay but it still hurts. You're right that to arrange a CR for all and sundry would have cost more than it's worth. It's not so much the cash raising as the options that got me. Why should the big end of town get to pick up options (in a Company that looks as though it's going from strength to strength) just because they've got big pockets!
I did incidentally take up the last offer.
