I agree to certain point what Dapper said but there are other factors to consider . What happens with the money of all the CR that we have had beside been destroy by Fortrend and Cygnet the say something and they do the opposite where is the advance of the other projects Mt Mulligan, Calcifer money and on and on man. Agree one millon % that all this fellows should considers the astronomical wages that they get to be reduce at the minimum level in particular in this section of the market. Some people may be disagreed with me but man when you don't get any return from your money in particular when the management don't advance any project to the extent of producen some revenue then these fellows should leave their position and do something else and not sucking money from all of us Shs to keep their wages and so on. I have learnt in life man, to perform well in any situation in life in order to have your reward as you deserved .
