The shareholders of Nexus Limited read with interest your intention to look at a possible recapitalisation of Nexus Energy Limited.
As shareholders of this company, we have been actively pursuing management and board to look at this opportunity for the past 6-8 months. The board and management advised in a presentation on the 6th June 2013 that there was "No need to raise equity to satisfy short term funding over next 12 months". We believe that a capital raising program would be overwhelmingly supported by the current shareholders as a way of recovering our company and assets. We consider the dilution caused by a capital raising program secondary to realising the longer term upside of our assets.
We urge you strongly to consider this course of action.
