What a great day for holders!
just rereading the ann, great we're going to 100% ownership! But.... There's 10m to be paid to Grafex over the next 6mths with 5 of that payable 14 days after the settlement of the placement leaving us 3.5m plus whatever is left of the approx 4m in the bank.
Thoughts on when the next raise will be? Before Xmas I'm taking a guess at. Will be at a much higher price than this and hopefully a SPP so we can all get a slice.
Good time to be a holder and looking forward to adding to that holding in the next CR which will be discounted from a price of $1.50
