you are right about dml being far more appealing than even 3 months ago. How things changed. Dml is not one to write off as die yet.

in terms of institutions, I don't think it will be "a" strategic investor. If its so they would have hinted something by now. Likely there will be several fund managers and high net worth individuals. This is where the change in substantial holders will be interesting.

if anything, there is likely a bookbuild for the institutions component, where the bidding might yield us a better price. However given the timeline, this maybe a tad tight. Ww shall wait for the prospectus to learn more.
