With around 12 days to raise 20mill and with the way the sp is going ATM, I think it will most likely be done via shares at 75% of the last 15 days vwap so at around the 18-20c mark. Hopefully ab pulls something out of his ass through a mezzanine debt/loan of some sort so no shares are issued at all. But as history tends to repeat itself I think the odds are against us all.
