Request for Voluntary Suspension
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Donaco International Limited (“Donaco”) (ASX: DNA)
requests a voluntary suspension of its securities for a period of up to four trading days, commencing
Tuesday 27 January 2015. Currently, normal trading is expected to resume on Monday 2 February
2015.
The request for voluntary suspension is made on the following basis:
1. Donaco is planning to conduct a book build process for a proposed capital raising, in
connection with its planned acquisition of a significant gaming and hospitality business in
Cambodia (as previously announced). Donaco requests a voluntary suspension to ensure the
book build is completed in an orderly fashion.
2. Donaco requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place for up to four trading days,
with normal trading currently expected to resume on Monday 2 February 2015.​

3. Donaco is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
