Good comment.
The issue is not about being negative or pessimistic. Rather it is about allowing existing loyal shareholders the opportunity to participate in the CR. As announced DN needed to sell shares to pay his taxation, presumably on his profits made on PVD, as did a former board member. So far, I am sure that I am not unique, I have had tax losses.
Still believe strongly in the project. Not happy about the issue of shares to directors and the exclusion of exiting shareholders from acquiring shares in CR.
