Taking a very different perspective to some who appear to bailing out nothing has really changed apart from a dilution in real share value. Am I happy with DN and the Board, No for the wilful and continued disregard for those long term shareholders who have ridden (and supported) this for a number of years.
The environment has not changed from what it is today which is a potentially good stock if oil is found. Friday will see the price open at close to offer price based on those exiting which is pretty standard stuff for stocks that go through this process. Perhaps I can pick up some shares tomorrow at below the CR price. Hope it works out for all.
