Lets wait and see if there is any change to the structure of the CR before we all jump on the "bash em up" bandwagon. At the AGM which I attended it was clearly stated that there would not be any need for a CR on that Vote because I asked the question. History however does suggest that there is little regard to current shareholders, lets hope this time it is different.
I'm also perplexed about the timing. Surely it would be optimum to do the CR just close to Spud timing when they could maximise the price. Maybe I'm too simple.!
