With a relatively healthy cash position, and all forecasted activity in 2015 seemingly funded (Madagascar seismic) this CR is confusing. Surely this isn't just for general working capital as I still would have expected a higher share price at MZ-1 spud and therefore less dilution.
Indicates to me that a **on farm out isn't close, as any deal would likely include cash payment for back costs. Perhaps something out of left field? We will see.
