If it goes under 20c, I doubt we'll have institutions/sophisticated investors buying for VWAP as their's no additional benefit to them from a risk perspective.
Why not buy on market and get shares instantly rather than go through the CR process that could take time to buy at VWAP, only to find that the SP has fallen in the meantime.
