Capital raising, page-33

Hi Fib, and thanks for the posts. Do you think that the company should make a statement clarifying this fact. It seems quite vaguely worded IMO. They would've been better to use words like "have agreed to participate in the capital raising" rather than the words "received support". I just think it would be clearer. Also I am struggling to understand why they have announced the share price maximum for the raise so far from when the VWAP can be calculated. Basically they are saying it is 20 cents or under depending on the VWAP. It is going to make the stock get manipulated to suit the investors buy in price. I can't see them letting the sp run up into the 40s which would mean they would still get their placement at 20cents when they can push the VWAP under 20 and get them cheaper. Even if they make some amazing announcements before the VWAP time, it surely is going to slow down and reduce any major spikes that could've come off the back of the announcements. It just seems unfortunate that they didn't calculate the VWAP before making any announcements regarding the price. Your thoughts??
