It's the only logical reason I can see for a CR before first drill. If they need the dough for more blocks at some later point in time, then so be it, as long as it adds value, but I'm afraid at the moment it may have the opposite affect. FAR need to be careful IMO that they don't get spread too thin chasing the next big find. Not sure if its intelligent HKP but its the best I can do. DB
