    FAR out, all this talk of a CR is making the SP drop. And it looks like tomorrow is going to be another bad opening for the market. I wish October would hurry up and get here lol.

    Also, I think a CR is needed. I wouldn't want to go into appraisal + get new leases without more cash.
    Better to be safe than sorry.

    I just hope the SP improves otherwise the CR will be less than the last one.
