FAR requires the SP to be 6 or 7 cents to reduce TAX issues with the 35 Million Opttions to be exercised pre 30 Jue 2015 ( 1 day just 1 day would of changed this issue 1/7/2015 would of been a smarter move do the maths please)

FAR also requires the SP to be around or as close as possible too 10 cents (NOTE THE BLOCK AT 10.5) for CONSOLIDATION 10/1 ( for those that done understand your 100000 shares at 10 cents will be 10000 @ 1$... DO YOU THINK THIS SP IS WORTH $100 PER SHARE BECAUSE THATS WHAT IT WILL NEED TO BE TO GIVE YOU THAT RISK FOR REWARD) to interest international investors as they wont enter a penny dreadful stock.

FAR do not tell the market whats going on because they feel threatened of a low ball take over

When I invested in this share I had the opportunity to vote on 9 questions number 9 share holders have the opportunity to vote on a PARTIAL TAKEOVER BUT THE COMPANY ON A FULL TAKEOVER HAS THE SAY

IMO the next news FAR holders will see is the 35 Million OPPIES exercised at 7 cents and a rights issue 10/1 or more unless the SP reached 10 cents after the withdrawal .

AT BEST October FAR will release news OMG really yeah I was joking here but after the fact FAR might tell us what they did but it will be over looked by the market at it will stilln stand as heresay.

mean while GREECE will screw the global economy and the rest of the world will be in another GFC
