Whisky I have to disagree. Liquidity is important to all investors, not just traders. Instos want liquidity because they need to be able to manufacture their entries and exits etc etc. liquidity would also be an investment criteria in many instances.
I think FARs next cap raising will be to existing holders. They will do a 5/1, raise 30ish million. Once the first appraisal is done it would be likely that FARs mc would double and future cap raisings will be to instos. The immediate upside for current holders is an undiluted exposure to appraisal drilling.
