Agree with you. However I don't think everybody will participate.
Unfortunately in the the current environment there is always something which drives the SP lower. And it will continue like this until appraisal. I am quite happy to let management deal with all these issues rather than trying to figure out how to 'plug holes'. All I can say, bring on appraisal and lets assess the situation at that point. I know its excrutiating to wait, but we have come a long way and we will succeed. Patience patience patience. It will be OK. Certainly much better than todays SP.
