One of the questions I would like to pose is, if FAR do manage to negotiate into another adjacent lease (with or without the JV partners) then no doubt cash will be needed (with appraisal in mind tho' it could be required mid 2016 maybe!!!) so this will no doubt put added pressure on the limited cash resources that FAR have at the moment and hence the SP.
Would like to see some intelligent comments re this scenario.
