Thanks for that , my understanding is they got the 11mil from selling off the tailing to ive resources which they were originally going to sell to lion gate for 14 mill hence the ongoing law suit against them . they also had a deal for $500,000 for some remaining asset full through . So there still might be some chance of some cash coming in . As mentioned the fact that they managed to raise $1.2 at market with no discount or 2-1 option attached really does say something . Think I will be buying back in tomorrow if i can grab some at my exert price 1.3c .
