I went for the full $15000 but was scaled back about 7.00%.
So either more funds came in after the announcement or some got favoured treatment.
When I sent my money in there was no scale back and I was on time to receive the full allocation. The rules were changed mid way through the game. That's not good business but what can you do?
Now to get the balance of my money back promptly.
and find Oil.
