Drag - if they capital raised at 10c the share price won't get to 10 as you seem to think.
There will be massive dilution so the share price will drop from current price of 8c but in reality no one will take up the offer at 10c which is why it will be offered at a discount to market so that the offer price is not under water once the market price revalue for dilution -that would be disastrous as the raising would be a failure.
