I don't mind so much that they're looking to increase direct ownership of the plantations, that's a sign of confidence and represents an investment in future growth. The general working capital bit has me puzzled though but perhaps it is to bridge the gap between now and future cashflows/refinancing. Don't know.
Anyway, feeling a bit less negative now except for the fact my other half bought some shares recently at 1.685...
One more thing, that article says they are looking to raise 60m plus up to another 5m via a SPP, totalling 65m, but 68.7m shares at 1.55 comes to around 106.5m...?
