If you believe in the long term future for TFC, probably not a good move, you would only gain a small amount but also run the risk of having your allocation scaled back heavily if the SPP if strongly over-subscribed. Then you'd need to buy back on-market and you might have to pay more. (Or less, you might get lucky).
