If that was true Whiskey , FAR / Bell have failed again at issuing a CR at 8.5 cps. It seems some HC posters are only interested getting the reserve and upgraded. This is obviously a priority! But some bluntly turn a blind eye to how our register continues to blow out. The two go hand in hand as a investment. I wait like others for the ANN tomorrow and hopefully some light is shared on the bizarre last week.
