Nobody likes dilution but if FAR can raise that amount - Myers, on second thoughts no. From memory the additional 10% (plus 15%) was approved at the last AGM. So this raise would be within the sophisto limits. The market might actually take notice of a company with no income / saleable assets that can raise that amount.

Seems like they have weighed up all the options and made the pragmatic decision to get all the bucks required to get through to DOC. Might be a smart move as at that stage things going well debt funding will become an option if not sold. The share price might not move much until there is a 2P.

I remember reading somewhere that a 17 mill odd payment might be required for GB. Also they could do something soon with DF considering drill 4 is roundabout.
