I rang the chairman (who tells me it's ok to communicate all of this since we're suspended and it will all be announced before we resume trading). At least for me, Optiscan plus $1.5m in cash is worth considerably more than its current market cap + 27%. The current share price is largely the result of uncertainty over funding.
