    Few weeks ago in their quarterly statement they said they had almost $7mil cash, so I don't think they need the money for the day to day operation.

    At the current share price, they better have a good reason to raise money, as they will need to print quite a bit of new paper.

    And if there is going to be raising, isn't it just bloody annoying, that some people (AFR and who knows else) know about it before the official company announcement?
