One line of the annual report that stuck out for me was...
"The Board expects that any significant restructure of the loan facilities is likely to require shareholder approval before being implemented."
Just my opinion, but sounds very much like a capital raising... perhaps to allay the fear of lenders that Lynas will not have cash for payments. Maybe a trade off such as lower interest rate if a capital raising increases ready cash.
I must admit to being a bit disappointed with the continual hard slog to profitability.
But would a capital raising be a bad thing if it paid off debt, sure there would be further dilution but if the problem is debt then surely the best way to profitability is to pay some off with a capital raising.
Would be nice to have constructive discussion on this by both sides without the usual flaming, baiting and ramping.
