Lowering the conversion price may be a fantastic outcome, as I said a massive amount of room between 56c and 5.5c!
All we can do is wait and see, my main point is that JARE will never take over LYC as they just want the product and Mt Kellet have no call over the assets meaning the only option they have if they play hardball is putting LYC into admin in which case JARE get everything!
If I were the negotiator I would be goading Mt Kellet to put us into admin
My wording would be something like:
"go and head and do it mate, then go back to your investors and explain how you just got ZERO return on over $200m you moron"
JARE are the only party that really matters at this juntcure, with them there would be no goading, it would just be cap in hand grovellng and pointing to the huge sustainable rise in production and explaining what's needed to build on that.
