ltl happy to discuss CJ because I have a good 4 years of experience with him from the yahoo board. Sorry, but posting obvious false data to ramp your agenda is highly questionable and quite frankly needs to be called out. At the same time he was ramping MCP on the lYC board, calling them superior in every aspect of the REE business. I suppose you are aware of what happened to Mt Pass.
About the recent report. I noticed there was a lot of down ramping in the weeks leading up to it. A short seller might have thought the report as an opportunity. Just wonder how many of you BK believers can short with confidence. Is anyone on this board currently short with real money? ltl?
I agree current REE prices and the company's finances make servicing the debt appear very questionable. But I also think we will see China stockpile REE in October and a Q1 report that can make numbers look very different to an auditor. This will make prices jump, probably temporarily but maybe this time they will be sustained at higher. Tough call about China. My belief though is China producers are suffering big time and action needs to be taken very soon.
