Based on my recent research with reliable sources:
CR will be at 0.011c, a small raising now because they dont want to be caught short later in the year if American elections and other market forces cause any issues.
Not because they are short of funds is my understanding, rather in case of instability in the markets going forward.
Also includes existing shareholders, for any who took any profits on the share price rise can now hop back in at a small discount.
I think this will form a new bottom for share price
Will be steady news flow, and no current issues with permit, just up to authorities processing in a timely manner.
