This hasn't been very well thought out...firstly you shouldn't have to be suspended for a cr as all it does is purge all the orders off the trading system and it's very annoying for all shareholders!! Management would of known that after those two announcements the SP wasn't high enough for all the oppies to get exercised...and only was it too late to start negotiating with respect to the CR and have the co suspended...really??? Management may have a good idea about pharma products but no idea about capital markets and what sh want?? Whoever is advising management have no experience at all and are a dissappointment to themselves and the company and last but not (I hope) least to the SH's.
