There was 2 mill in the bank last quarter, we have a record sales in the last quarter indicating business is growing, there is a 1.2 mil contribution from options, with noticeable abstainers.
If more capital is needed it is probably for a midkine related clinical trial.
If that is the case then venture capital may be coming into Lyramid or Kinera which would require some pretty serious negotiation.
All conjecture but quite a few things dont add up as yet.
Could be wrong but I think one of the reasons for the low option uptake was the descent to .017 last march/april. A lot of smaller optionholders may have elected to flag them away and go in at a much lower price on head shares.

I agree with a cornerstone investor/s as you don't suspend on negotiating price and quant. No fat in the SP for the oppie holders hence no take up. LMIG somehow involved concerned that they have disbanded which indicates a SPP is on the way....would explain the suspension also as the co would need a prospectus!
