also you need to look after the guys in the vend to secure the deal, otherwise there is no deal
as I understand, it is a very good asset with its own unique selling points than all other wannabes. you dont wanna play it hard to get when u come across a deal like this
make a little compromise, get the vend guys set in the shell, and hopefully market pushes price a lot higher in 3-6 months time with the new asset than where it could have gone with just the existing assets
