There are few things CHK is going to organise to proceed with exploration in lithium rich mining leases in and around Mt Catllin and other sites.
CHK management is very good with two directors and a chairman. At present, they are relying on consultants and advisors with no full-time staff. Acquisition of a project will ensure that experienced staff of the project are continuing.
In my view, CHK is raising small amount of capital via private placement. Rest you would know on Monday.
CHK management is very good. They are rich and would not issue large shares as they did before during previous capital raising.
So, wait when CHK reaches to 10c and over in April 2017
