all in my opiniion only so do your own research but 3 things to sort out first before boom time! now is a great time to get some cash in the door as this will fix my concerns:
1. cash $6M and debt of $6M per Feb preso snapshot below.
2. shareholders approved issue of shares in Jan which need to be done.
3. shareholders approved fundraising in Jan as well which nees to be done.
