Would suggest that capital raising is already secure.
Nothing entices shareholders to buy more than good announcement....more results...more land.
Secondly what is not taken up by 70% of shareholders has already been agreed to by balance of big holders.Peter Mac is astute and will bring this venture to fruition. Extract was acompany acquired out of liquidation and he started with huge capital issue base so he is not the one who has issued all of these shares.Read the history of EXT and what it was named before...Stuart Resources?????????
